Digital Twin BIM
Aplikasi
Jan 2026
This project is a Digital Twin application based on Building Information Modeling (BIM), developed using Unity as a desktop platform. The application creates a digital representation of a physical building, enabling users to visualize, monitor, and simulate building conditions within an interactive 3D environment.
The system integrates BIM 3D models, sensor data, and simulation logic to provide insights into building operations such as HVAC performance, room temperature distribution, and space occupancy. By combining real-time or simulated data with intuitive visualizations, the application helps users better understand how the building behaves under different conditions.
The Digital Twin concept allows the building to be observed as a living system, where data from devices and sensors can be monitored per floor, room, or zone. Users can interact with the model, explore floor plans, and analyze operational metrics through dashboards and visual indicators.
